In our highly digitized world, data seems to be the most valuable asset. High-speed internet service helps a person keep themselves occupied. In the blink of an eye, since the start of the 21st century, data has turned from a luxury into a basic necessity. Now, Elon Musk’s Starlink aims to scale internet availability by making it accessible to remote corners of the world where traditional fiber or cable connections are unavailable.
In a recent interview with American actor Josh Peck, billionaire YouTuber MrBeast praised Elon Musk’s initiative to make high-speed internet accessible from virtually anywhere in the world — even on flights equipped with Starlink. Waxing lyrical about Musk, MrBeast described him as a beacon of hope working to “progress humanity in unfathomable ways.”
“Perfect signal” is all that MrBeast needs; Elon Musk’s Starlink delivers
MrBeast is a content creator, and therefore, fast Wi-Fi service is a must for him. It is fair to assume he needs his YouTube uploads to happen as quickly as possible, and at the right time, so he can garner millions of views. Therefore, his recent comments shouldn’t come as a surprise, as he said he will only book flights with Starlink — layovers or not.
“Oh, this flight has an extra hour layover? I don’t care, there’s Starlink. I’ll sit in the back of the plane if it gives me Starlink. I really don’t care, Starlink is amazing,” MrBeast told Peck.
To strengthen his argument about the wonders that Starlink can deliver, he said that his adventures in Antarctica and Africa for work purposes were greatly enhanced due to his access to Starlink.
“Most people listening probably haven’t used it, but for reference, when I filmed in Antarctica, the only way to get any signal was Starlink. We had this four-hour drive in the middle of Africa — you put Starlink on top of the car and you get perfect signal the entire ride,” the YouTuber said.

It appears that MrBeast remains impressed by Musk’s efforts to push the frontiers of technological progress through his company, SpaceX, which is currently working on its mission to make human colonization of Mars a reality.
Elon Musk comes clean on his possible trillion-dollar valuation
Elon Musk addressed reports of him becoming a trillionaire in a series of posts on X, stating that much of his wealth is tied up in stocks he owns in his own companies, Tesla and SpaceX.
Responding to a post claiming there was a “75% chance Musk becomes a trillionaire this year,” Musk added that more than 80 percent of Tesla is owned by retail investors and index or pension funds, emphasizing that valuation gains mostly benefit employees and everyday investors.
“I have <0.1% that is cash,” he noted on X.
Much of the wealth he has accumulated through his various ventures is redirected into his own companies, fueling his ambitions for space exploration, artificial intelligence, and electric vehicles. In many ways, the pursuit of connectivity on Earth and exploration beyond it reflects the broader outlook for Elon Musk’s vision for humanity
