Marc Benioff’s plan to rebrand Salesforce to Agentforce implies several factors. Besides the certainty of the company’s move to adopt AI technology till the microcosmic level, Salesforce’s possible decision to be renamed “Agentforce” also prioritizes the agentic capability.
