Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella took the opportunity of announcing a tripartite partnership with NVIDIA CEO Jesse Huang and Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei in order to develop greater innovations in AI. On the other side of the internet, another three important figures in the AI race came together to acknowledge their accomplishments.
Google shared that Gemini 3 will be available in AI Mode in Search, the Gemini app, AI Vortex, Vertex AI, as well as their other latest product, Google Antigravity. Social media erupted with enthusiasm and excitement with the announcement of Gemini 3, and two prominent personalities in the AI tech industry. Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, took to X (formerly Twitter) to congratulate the company for their new launch. Altman wrote, “Congrats to Google on Gemini 3! Looks like a great model.” This month, OpenAI also launched the latest version of their AI model, GPT 5.1, on November 12.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk also appreciated Google CEO Sundar Pichai on X. Musk replied to Pichai’s post, which consisted of an enthusiastic “Geminiii,” with a modest note of congratulation. Coincidentally, November 18 also marked the launch of Grok 4.1 by Musk’s AI company xAI.

The acknowledgement expressed by OpenAI and xAI towards their AI tech rival does resound the idea that the AI revolution could only be made possible with collective effort.
